ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Introduction: Welcome to Player Gift! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (referred to as “you” or “User”) and this app (“Player Gift”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Player Gift mobile app (the “Platform” or “App”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. The Platform includes any related services or features we provide, such as promotions, offers, or updates available through the App.

If you don’t agree with these Terms, please do not use Player Gift. Your use of the Platform is voluntary, but by signing up and continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the Terms outlined below. These Terms are effective from the moment you click “AGREE & CONTINUE” during the account creation process.

Your Responsibility: By using the Player Gift Platform, you confirm that you are responsible for complying with any local laws applicable to your use. The services, content, and rewards provided through the Platform are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any part of the Platform is prohibited.

Changes to the Platform: We’re always looking for ways to improve Player Gift, so we may make changes to the Platform from time to time. This could include updates, modifications, or discontinuation of certain features or services. While we strive to provide notice of major changes, we reserve the right to make these adjustments without notice. Your continued use of the Platform means you accept any such changes.

Changes to These Terms: We may also update these Terms as needed to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. You’re encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed. By continuing to use the Platform after any updates to the Terms, you acknowledge and agree to those changes.

Additional Policies: In addition to these Terms, you should also review our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which are part of this Agreement. These policies govern how we handle your information and your interactions within the Player Gift community.

ACCOUNT

Registration: To use the Player Gift app, you must meet the following requirements: (a) you must be of legal age to form a binding contract, which in most cases means you are at least 18 years old, and (b) you cannot be prohibited from using the Platform under the laws of Turkey, the country where you live, or the country from which you are accessing the app. By registering, you confirm that you meet these conditions. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to register for or use Player Gift.

Additionally, by registering, you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to Turkish government sanctions or other legal restrictions, such as being designated a “terrorist-supporting” country, and that you are not on any prohibited or restricted party lists.

If you are creating an account on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that you are binding that entity to these Terms (and any reference to “you” includes that entity).

You are limited to one Player Gift account per individual. During registration, you will need to provide accurate and up-to-date information (such as your display name, email, etc.). You are responsible for ensuring this information remains accurate and for notifying us of any updates promptly.

Account Restrictions: You may not transfer or sell your Player Gift account to anyone else. If your account is suspended or terminated for any reason, you are not allowed to create another account using your name, a fake name, or the name of someone else, even if acting on their behalf. In such cases, we reserve the right to take legal action, which may include civil or criminal measures.

We also reserve the right to change or remove any display name that we believe, at our sole discretion, is inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

Guest Access: Certain features of the Platform may be accessible to users who are not registered (“Guest Users”), but full access requires creating an account. All conditions that apply to registered users also apply to Guest Users unless stated otherwise.

User Responsibility and Compliance: By using Player Gift, you agree to follow all applicable laws and to comply with our policies. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your account, and you may be held responsible for any resulting damages or penalties. Specifically, by registering and using the Platform, you agree that:

All information you provide to us is truthful and accurate;

You will keep your information updated;

You will abide by these Terms;

You will not violate any laws or regulations;

You will protect your account information and are responsible for any actions taken using your account.

Notifications: As part of the registration process, we may send you notifications (e.g., for verifying your identity or updates related to your account). These notifications will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.

Account Deletion: You have the option to delete your account at any time. Once you delete your account, you will no longer have access to any services or features of the Player Gift app, and all data associated with your account will be permanently removed, including your profile information. However, any messages or interactions you’ve had with other users may still be visible even after account deletion. Deleting your account is a permanent action, and we won’t be able to restore your data afterward—so please be sure before proceeding. We’ll be sorry to see you go!

SERVICES

Description of Services: Player Gift offers users a mobile platform where they can earn rewards by engaging with suggested games. This includes downloading, playing, and reviewing various mobile games. Through Player Gift, users can accumulate loyalty points (referred to as “Coins”) by actively participating in gameplay, and these Coins can later be redeemed for gift cards or other rewards.

Active Playtime Definition & Exclusions:

In Player Gift, “playtime” refers to the period when a user is actively engaged in a game. This includes activities such as navigating game menus, completing levels, making in-game decisions, and interacting with the game’s environment. The system is designed to recognize and record such active engagement.

The following activities are excluded from being counted as playtime:

Idle Time: Leaving a game running without active participation does not count toward playtime. Our system monitors for inactivity, and idle periods may be flagged for review.

Watching Ads: Viewing advertisements, whether incentivized or not, is not considered part of active playtime. Only engagement with the game itself will be recorded.

Gift+ Features:

Ad-Free Experience: The “Ad-Free” feature applies to advertisements shown within the Player Gift app. However, ads within individual games may still appear, and Player Gift is not responsible for any ads shown in third-party games.

Instant Payouts: Users who exceed a certain threshold in earned Coins within a 7-day period may request an instant payout. Player Gift reserves the right to review and potentially reject such requests if the system detects any discrepancies. Payouts may take up to 72 hours in some cases.

Coin Bonuses: The determination of additional Coin bonuses, such as “Cashback Coin Amount” or “Earn More Coins,” is at the sole discretion of Player Gift.

Rewards:

Player Gift rewards users with Coins for engaging with, testing, reviewing, and playing games listed in the app. These Coins are based on real game time and not on simply keeping the app open. Coins can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including gift cards and content codes.

Users have 15 days to claim their rewards. If a reward is not claimed within this timeframe, it will expire, and the user will forfeit their right to redeem it. Reward requests must be made using the registered email address on your Player Gift account; requests from other email addresses will not be accepted.

Restrictions on Redemption:

Non-Cash Redemption: Coins and rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, resold, exchanged, or refunded unless required by law.

Redemption Locations: Rewards can only be redeemed where participating merchants or services are available.

No Liability: Player Gift is not responsible for lost, stolen, or malfunctioning rewards, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Your account, including all earned rewards, may be terminated or deleted according to these Terms, and Player Gift shall not be liable for any losses resulting from such termination.

Contests: From time to time, Player Gift may run contests within the app. Each contest will have its own specific Terms of Use (“Contest Terms”), in addition to these Terms. Player Gift reserves the right to modify, withdraw, suspend, or cancel any contest or its rules at any time, without prior notice. It’s your responsibility to review any contest changes, and continued participation indicates acceptance of the updated rules.

Third-Party Services: Player Gift may provide access to third-party services, which users engage with at their own risk. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from these third-party services. Player Gift does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party via the Platform. Users should exercise caution and use their best judgment when interacting with third-party services.

Referral Program: Users can refer friends to Player Gift and potentially earn rewards for successful referrals. The eligibility criteria, as well as the rewards themselves, are determined solely by Player Gift and are subject to change at any time.

RULES OF USER CONDUCT

At Player Gift, we aim to create a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone. By using the app, you agree to engage actively and fairly with the platform and adhere to the rules set forth here to maintain the integrity of our community.

International Use and Export Control:

While Player Gift is based in Turkey and operates under Turkish law, we recognize that users may access our app from various countries. If you choose to use the app from a location outside of Turkey, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. Additionally, any software or data made available by Player Gift is subject to Turkish export control laws. You may not download or export any software from the app in violation of these laws.

Social Interaction:

Player Gift includes social features that allow users to interact with each other. Users are expected to follow our Community Guidelines at all times. Violations may result in restricted access to social features or, in some cases, a permanent ban

from the platform.

Account Restrictions:

One Account Per User: You may only create and maintain one account on Player Gift. Creating multiple accounts, transferring, or selling accounts is strictly prohibited.

Reward Requests: Reward claims must be made using the email address associated with your Player Gift account. Requests from other email addresses will not be processed.

Software Restrictions: Using unauthorized software while accessing Player Gift can lead to an account ban. This includes but is not limited to:

Autoclickers: Software designed to automate interactions or falsify playtime may result in a permanent ban.

Emulators: Accessing the app through an emulator on any platform is prohibited and may lead to a ban.

Game Modification Software: Modifying games to unlock paid content or gain unfair advantages is not allowed.

Disposable Email Addresses: Accounts using disposable or temporary email addresses may be flagged and banned.

Jailbreaked Devices: Using jailbreak or otherwise tampered devices is prohibited. Accounts linked to such devices may be suspended, and associated reward claims may be denied.

IP Address and Device Restrictions:

VPN Use: Using a VPN, proxy, or internet bots to manipulate your location, falsify activity, or alter revenue data is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in device blacklisting or account suspension.

Device Limit Per IP: We allow up to three devices per household to access Player Gift under the same IP address. Exceeding this limit can result in account suspension or termination.

IP Monitoring: We continuously monitor IP activity to ensure fair usage. If you need more than three devices to access the platform (e.g., in a public space or institution), please contact our support team for approval.

Prohibited Activities:

When using Player Gift, you agree that your actions and contributions will not:

Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

Involve unsolicited promotions, spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.

Include offensive, violent, or obscene content.

Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.

Involve the solicitation of personal information from minors or violate laws related to child safety.

Contain hate speech or discriminatory remarks based on race, gender, or sexual orientation.

Use bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the platform.

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the platform’s software.

Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with another.

Harvest or collect personal data from other users without their consent.

Upload viruses, malicious code, or any software that could harm the platform or other users.

Prohibited Contributions:

You agree not to upload or transmit any content that:

You do not have the right to upload (e.g., violating confidentiality agreements).

Contains viruses or other harmful software.

Is intended to disrupt the platform or the experience of other users.

Collects personal data without permission, such as harvesting email addresses for unsolicited communications.

Consequences of Violations:

Violating any of these rules may result in the suspension or termination of your account, removal of offending content, or legal action. Player Gift reserves the right to investigate any violations and take appropriate legal action, including notifying law enforcement authorities when necessary.

By following these guidelines, you help ensure that Player Gift remains a fun and fair environment for all users.

PAYMENT & FEES

By using Player Gift, you agree to pay for any services, subscriptions, or in-app purchases according to our pricing and payment terms at the time of purchase. Payments will be processed using the method you select during the transaction. Any applicable refunds will be handled according to the laws governing your location and the details provided on the respective sales page.

Account and Payment Information:

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date purchase and account information for all transactions made through Player Gift. This includes maintaining current payment methods, such as credit card details and email addresses, and promptly updating this information when necessary to avoid disruptions in service. We may use an online billing system to process payments for any purchases made within the app.

Please note that sales tax may be added to the total cost of purchases where applicable. While all charges are typically in U.S. dollars, some third-party payment processors may convert charges into your local currency.

Payment Authorization:

When you make a purchase through Player Gift, you agree to pay all applicable fees at the current rates listed at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including any taxes or fees. If your purchase includes recurring payments (e.g., subscriptions), you consent to us charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring additional approval, unless you choose to cancel your subscription.

Third-Party Payment Providers:

Player Gift may use third-party services, such as Google Play, PayPal, or Stripe, to process your payments. By making a payment through one of these providers, you agree to their separate terms and conditions and privacy policies. Player Gift is not responsible for any actions, fees, or policies of these third-party providers, and any disputes regarding payments must be resolved directly with them.

Price Changes and Errors:

We reserve the right to modify the pricing of our services and products at any time. In the event of a pricing error or mistake, we reserve the right to correct the error—even if payment has already been processed. If necessary, we may cancel or refuse orders placed through the app, including orders affected by pricing errors.

For any recurring payments you authorize through a third-party service, note that the provider may process updated pricing without further notice. Please be sure to review your payment terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.

TERM AND TERMINATION

Duration of Agreement:

This Agreement remains in effect for as long as you use the Player Gift app or maintain an active account (“Term”). If your account is terminated, certain provisions will continue to apply as outlined below.

If your account is terminated, you must immediately stop using the app and any associated services.

Even after termination, the following sections will remain in effect: “Payment & Fees,” “Intellectual Property,” “No Liability,” “No Warranty,” “Indemnity,” “Severability, Force Majeure, Entire Agreement & Headings,” “Representations and Warranties,” and “Governing Law and Language.”

Termination:

Termination by You:

You can stop using Player Gift at any time by uninstalling the app or deleting your account through the settings menu.

Termination by Player Gift (at Our Discretion):

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, for any reason or no reason, at our sole discretion and without notice. This includes blocking specific IP addresses or deleting your account if we believe you have violated these Terms, any applicable laws, or our policies. If we terminate your account, we may also delete any content or information you have posted without warning. Termination by Player Gift does not limit your obligation to pay any outstanding fees and does not restrict us from seeking remedies such as injunctive relief.

Termination Due to Inactivity:

If your account remains inactive for 180 consecutive days—meaning no Coins are earned or redeemed, no referral activity occurs, or no login attempts are made—Player Gift reserves the right to delete your account without notice. Any remaining Coins or rewards in your account will be forfeited. Termination due to inactivity does not absolve you from any outstanding payment obligations.

Termination for Violations:

Player Gift may suspend, terminate, or delete your account without prior notice if we believe you have violated this Agreement. This includes infringement of intellectual property rights or any fraudulent activity. In such cases, any remaining Coins may be voided, and you may be prevented from redeeming rewards. Termination for violations does not limit our right to seek legal remedies, including injunctive relief.

Banning of Accounts:

Player Gift may ban any account found to be involved in fraudulent activities or if the account was created by someone under the age of 18. This includes:

Downloading the app from unauthorized sources.

Manipulating or falsifying IP addresses.

Failing fraud detection verifications (e.g., face or phone verification).

Using software to simulate activity while idle.

Earning Coins fraudulently or through unauthorized means.

Device Usage Policy:

You are allowed to use one device to access your Player Gift account at a time. You may switch devices, but this can only be done once every 30 days. Frequent switching of devices within this period may be flagged as suspicious activity and could lead to further investigation or account suspension.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA – PRIVACY POLICY

At Player Gift, we prioritize your privacy and adhere to strict data protection practices.

We collect information from your device and monitor how you interact with our app in order to assess account eligibility, manage promotions, assign rewards, and address technical issues. Player Gift operates as an independent data controller in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

When you engage with the app—such as playing games, earning Coins, or participating in the Rewards Program—you consent to our collection and processing of your Gameplay Data. This data is essential for providing you with rewards and access to certain features. If you do not consent to the processing of this data, some services or features may not be available to you.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless stated otherwise, all aspects of the Player Gift app are our proprietary property. This includes, but is not limited to, all source code, databases, features, software, app designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the platform (collectively referred to as the “Content”). Additionally, all trademarks, service marks, and logos (the “Marks”) displayed on the app are either owned or licensed by us and are protected by copyright, trademark laws, and other relevant laws and international conventions.

The Content and Marks available on Player Gift are provided “AS IS” for your personal, non-commercial use only. Unless explicitly permitted in these Terms, no part of the app, its Content, or Marks may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or used for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

LICENSE

License Grant to Users and Guests:

As a user of Player Gift, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the platform, provided that you comply with the terms of this Agreement. You may also download or print a copy of any content to which you have properly gained access, strictly for personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted to you remain with Player Gift and its licensors.

This is a license to use the platform; it is not a transfer of ownership. Therefore, all intellectual property rights and any derivative works related to the platform remain with Player Gift or its licensors. Any rights not explicitly granted in this license are reserved by Player Gift.

License Restrictions:

Under this license, you MAY NOT:

Modify, copy, or alter the platform’s materials.

Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display, whether commercial or non-commercial.

Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software provided through the platform.

Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials.

Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” them on another server.

This license will automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions, and Player Gift may revoke your access at any time. Upon termination of this license, you must delete any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

End User License Agreement (EULA):

Certain software provided in connection with Player Gift may come with an End User License Agreement (EULA). If so, the EULA governs your use of that software. If no EULA is provided, you are granted a non-exclusive, personal, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the software strictly in connection with our services and in accordance with these Terms.

ALL SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. You bear all risk related to your use of the software.

License for User Contributions:

The platform may allow you to create, submit, or share content, including but not limited to text, video, audio, photos, comments, reviews, or other materials (“Contributions”). By submitting Contributions, you grant Player Gift a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and perform your Contributions in connection with the platform.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide to Player Gift may be used by us without any obligation to you. Player Gift is not liable for any claims or damages arising from user-generated Contributions, including reviews, and reserves the right to screen, remove, or edit any user-submitted content at our sole discretion.

By making any Contributions, you represent and warrant that:

You own the rights to your Contributions or have obtained the necessary permissions to allow Player Gift and other users to use your Contributions as described.

Your Contributions do not violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties.

You have the consent of every identifiable person featured in your Contributions, allowing their name or likeness to be used.

Your Contributions comply with all applicable laws, are accurate, and do not mislead users.

Confidential Information:

Any communication or information shared with you by Player Gift that is labeled confidential or would reasonably be considered confidential, based on the circumstances, is considered Player Gift confidential information. You agree not to disclose such information to any third party without our prior written consent.

This obligation does not apply to information that you independently developed, information lawfully received from a third party without confidentiality obligations, or information that has become public through no fault of your own. You may only disclose confidential information if legally required to do so, and you must give Player Gift reasonable prior notice unless a court orders otherwise.

User personal data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

GENERAL DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Player Gift platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Your use of the platform and services is at your own risk. Player Gift makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the use or performance of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Player Gift, its suppliers, and its partners disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement of third-party rights with respect to the platform and any associated services.

Player Gift does not guarantee:

That the platform will meet your requirements or expectations.

That the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or defects.

That any defects will be corrected.

That the platform is free of viruses or harmful components.

Any content or data downloaded through the platform is done at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data resulting from such downloads.

Errors and Availability:

The content on Player Gift may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors, including pricing, availability, and other information. We do not guarantee that the materials on the platform are accurate, complete, or up-to-date. We may make changes to the platform’s materials at any time without notice, but we are not obligated to update them. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information on the platform at any time without prior notice.

User Contributions:

Player Gift allows users to contribute content, but we have no obligation to monitor these contributions. We make no warranty regarding the use of user-generated content, and you agree to release us from any responsibility and to refrain from any legal action related to these contributions.

GAMES DISCLAIMER

The games featured on Player Gift are not selected, curated, or verified by us. Downloading these games carries the same risks as downloading from any app store, and Player Gift is not responsible for the consequences of selecting games from the platform’s suggestions.

Player Gift does not review all games or external links on the platform and is not responsible for the content of third-party services. The inclusion of games or external links does not imply endorsement. Any use of third-party services, games, or websites is at your own risk. If you leave the platform to use a third-party service, the terms of Player Gift no longer apply. It is your responsibility to review the applicable terms and policies of any third-party service you use.

Advertisements:

Player Gift allows advertisers to display advertisements within the platform, such as banner ads or other forms of promotion. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content or products advertised. Any purchases or interactions with third-party advertisers are solely between you and the third party, and Player Gift will not be responsible for monitoring these transactions.

WE DO NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE PLATFORM OR ANY LINKED WEBSITE OR APPLICATION, NOR WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR MONITORING TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN YOU AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS.

COUNTRY AND AVAILABILITY DISCLAIMER

Player Gift may be required to withdraw its services from certain countries due to legal regulations. Accessing the platform from a restricted country using tools such as VPNs is not permitted, and Player Gift and its affiliates are not liable for discontinuing services based on legal requirements.

We cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available. Technical issues, maintenance, or updates may cause interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform at any time, without prior notice. You agree that Player Gift is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from the platform being unavailable. There is no obligation on Player Gift to maintain or provide updates, corrections, or releases for the platform.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Player Gift, nor our directors, employees, or agents, shall be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Regardless of any provision to the contrary, our liability to you for any reason and for any form of action, will always be limited to the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the 12 months prior to the occurrence giving rise to your claim. In any case, Player Gift and its suppliers and distributors will not be liable for any expenses, losses, or damages that are not reasonably foreseeable.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Player Gift and its affiliates harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these terms or your use of the platform.

GOVERNING LAW AND LANGUAGE

These Terms, as well as the arbitration clause, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

If any disputes arise between the parties that cannot be resolved amicably, such disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Bursa, Turkey, under the arbitration rules of the Istanbul Arbitration Center (ISTAC) in effect at the time. There will be one arbitrator, appointed per ISTAC rules, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that specific provision will be severed from the agreement and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Force Majeure

Neither party will be held liable for delays or failures due to events beyond their control (force majeure). However, force majeure does not excuse the delay in payment of any fees or invoices due under this Agreement.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and Player Gift regarding the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the subject. This agreement operates to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Headings

Headings in this agreement are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the provisions.

Assignability

Player Gift may assign its rights and obligations under this agreement at any time at its sole discretion. User accounts are personal and cannot be assigned to others.

Construction

These Terms of Use do not create any third-party beneficiary rights, nor do they establish any agency, partnership, or joint venture between Player Gift and its users. The Terms will not be interpreted against Player Gift because Player Gift drafted them.

Electronic Communications

By using the platform, sending emails, or submitting forms, you consent to receive electronic communications. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically, whether via email or through notifications on the platform, satisfy any legal requirements for written communication. YOU AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES AND THE DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES, AND RECORDS IN ELECTRONIC FORM. You waive any rights to require non-electronic records or original signatures and acknowledge that this agreement is valid in electronic form.

Language Preference

This agreement is provided in English. If Player Gift offers translations, they are provided for convenience only, and the English version will govern in the event of any discrepancies. All notifications and communications related to this agreement shall be in English.

No Waiver

If you violate any part of these Terms and Player Gift does not take action immediately, this does not mean Player Gift waives its right to enforce the Terms or take action in the future.
