These Community Guidelines are an essential part of our Terms Of Use and apply to everyone using our mobile application (hereafter referred to as the “App”). Please read these guidelines carefully to understand your responsibilities as a user. 

Understanding & Acceptance 

By accessing and using the App, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines, as well as our Terms Of Use. We reserve the right to update these guidelines periodically, so please make sure to review them regularly. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the App. 

Social Interactions 

Player Gift offers a variety of social features, including usernames, profiles, chatrooms, and messaging. When participating in these interactions, you must adhere to the following rules to ensure a welcoming, safe, and respectful community. Violating any part of these guidelines can lead to account restrictions, suspensions, or permanent bans. 

Intellectual Property & Privacy 

• Ownership: Only share content or materials you have the legal right to use. Do not post any material that infringes on someone else’s intellectual property rights. 

• Privacy: Keep personal information private. Never share sensitive data such as social security numbers, credit card details, or other personally identifiable or financial information—whether your own or others’. 

Prohibited Content 

• Illegal or Unsafe Content: Do not post or share content that promotes harm to minors, illegal activities (e.g., drug use, weapons, alcohol abuse), violence, or terrorism. Content that encourages self-harm, suicide, or dangerous behavior is strictly prohibited. 

• Hate Speech & Harassment: Discrimination, threats, and harassment based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other personal characteristic will not be tolerated. Violence, threats, or promotion of illegal acts, including terrorism, are forbidden. 

• Sexual Content: Explicit sexual content, including violence, exploitation, prostitution, or material involving minors, is prohibited. Player Gift is not a platform for adult content, dating services, or discussions of sexual themes. 

• Spam, Solicitation & Fraud: Spamming, fraudulent schemes, solicitation of funds, self-promotion, and discussions promoting gambling are strictly prohibited. Repeatedly posting the same content or engaging in disruptive behavior may also result in sanctions. 

Reporting & Support 

• Reporting Violations: If you come across content or behavior that violates these Community Guidelines, please report it to our moderation team. Reviews may take several business days, especially during periods of high activity. 

• Appealing Restrictions: If you believe your account has been wrongly restricted or suspended, you can contact our support team at [email protected]. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
